Tehran, Jan18, IMIDRO_IMIDRO, as a part of its new strategy, plans to direct mine and mining industries sector toward producing high added value products, Mehdi Karbasian said.

According to the report of the public relations of IMIDRO, considering the current conditions of global economy which is facing with weak demand and fall in mineral prices, generating high added value products in steel, aluminum ,copper and REE sectors will create more benefits for mine and mining industries sector, Karbasian expressed.
He noted to the exploration projects of IMIDRO during the last two years and said these projects will provide new proven reserves in this sector.
He added that IMIDRO as one of the subsidiaries of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade rendered suggestions for next year’s budget in mine and mining industries sector.
