IMPASCO as holder of exploitation permission of Qum Salt Lake mine intends to entrust investing, designing, extraction and transferring Qum Salt Lake brines as well as constructing and setting up a magnesium oxide plant with production capacity of 50,000 tons a year and also production and sales of magnesium oxide to a reputable company through public tender.
Interested investors are invited to collect tender documents and get more information from commercial section of IMPASCO up to 20 July 2014 and would have two months to submit their offer.
Qum Salt Lake is rich in minerals such as magnesia, halite and sylvite that are used in a variety of industries including agriculture, steel, etc.
