In a meeting with a group of 30 managers of German companies, Karbasian said German companies and investors can make investment in Iran in partnership with one of the Iranian private sector companies.
Stressing that investment of German companies in Iran is welcomed the official said the government policy is now protection of foreign investment.
Karbasian stressed that sooner or later the sanctions will be lifted and with the cooperation of Iran, the US, Germany and other European countries this will be implemented.
Meanwhile, Burkhard Dahmen, head of the German investors group and deputy of NUMOV in the meeting expressed willingness of his group in the three methods suggested by IMIDRO for investment of German companies in Iran.
The German companies and investors who participated in the meeting are mostly involved in industrial and mining fields and some of them are currently cooperating with private sector companies in Iran’s mining sector.
NUMOV is the largest German business institute in the Middle East and North Africa with an aim of developing business with regional countries.
