<p>This regulations has been drafted in regard of implementation of the clauses (6) and (7) of the Article 9 of IMIDRO Articles of Association and in order to invest in development and promoting of mine exploration, partnership in equipping, extraction, mineral processing and mines renovation, partnership in construction, development and renovation of mining industries, partnership in provision of infrastructures such as rail way, road, water, power and gas supply as well as partnership in other activities which facilitate IMIDRO’s objectives.</p>
