IMIDRO assists the development of social vitality in line with its social responsibility

According to IMIDRO's Public Relations, Mohammad Aghajanlou at the inking ceremony of a memorandum of understanding with the President of the National Olympic Committee declared: "in the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and IMIDRO - from Engineer Atabak as minister to all other members - there is a strong belief that we should stand alongside "sports"and the National Olympic Committee, within the defined framework of social responsibility."

Aghajanlou added: Paying attention to the health and vitality of the community is among IMIDRO's programs in line with realizing our social responsibilities, and we are strongly trying to achieve this goal. From our point of view, this attempt, which aims to promote vitality and health by utilizing the National Olympic Committee's experience is considered as an investment for our own colleagues and will also be helpful and effective for the community.

140-Year History of the National Olympic Committee

Mahmoud Khosravi Vafa, President of the National Olympic Committee, while welcomed the chairman of the Executive Board of directors of IMIDRO at the ceremony, stated:

"The International Olympic Committee is a powerful organization with a 140-year historyin such a way that athletes who have been qualified in the Olympic Games do not require visas and can travel to the host country of the Games with their ID cards."

Inking the Cooperation Memorandum: A highlight for Iranian Sports

Mehdi Alinejad, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee, while expressing his appreciation to the officials of IMIDRO, stated:

For many years, sports have been considered as the greatest and most important social issue, serving as a tool to introduce the culture, civilization, and development of different countries. In a way that examining the position of the top Olympic countries clarifies many issues.

He added: A look at the top-ranked teams in the Olympic games table shows that the greatest honors and successes belong to countries that are developed and have a strong economy and system. In this regard, the issue of economy and financial support for sports has a significant and direct relationship it indicates that they are indeed interdependent.

Ali Nejad pointed out that the inking the MOU and IMIDRO's support for the National Olympic Committee and its activities and programs can be a highlight for Iranian sport which leads to the successful presence of our country's sports delegations in international arenas, especially in multi-sport events like the Asian Games and the Olympics which deserves appreciation and thanks.
