He added: Among the mentioned advantages the diversity of packages (investment in large, medium, or small, categorization based on minerals and regional or provincial geographic classification), the possibility of transferring exploration licenses and operations to the private sector, to cover the risks of exploratory activities through the Mineral Activities Insurance Fund, common financing methods and the possibility of transferring the government's share through the stock market or other methods in accordance with the laws to the private sector.
