‎According to IMIDRO,s Public Relations, Shahram Adib, while stating this issue at the investment conference on exploration licenses, added: considering the large volume of exploration operations, including airborne geophysics, surveying, etc. In 23 provinces, it became clear that IMIDRO's and IMPASCO's technical and executive capacity does not allow the continuation of the operations.

He added: According to the Supreme Leader's annual slogan regarding investment in production, given the scale of these exploratory operations, the private sector was significantly needed.

The Deputy of Exploration of IMPASCO, stating that we have tested various investment models in this company since 1392 (Persian calendar year), said: Now, with more focus on the models, we have concluded that if these cases are presented in the form of an investment package, the probability of the private sector’s acceptance will be higher.

He continued: Given the private sector participation model at this stage, four investment packages have been selected, all related to IMIDRO:

Investment package of Zanjan province, the expected time for the release of the call for this package is the month of Tir. (Iranian Calendar)

For the investment package of East Azerbaijan province, the expected time for the release of the call for this package is the month of Mordad. (Iranian Calendar)

For the investment package of West Azerbaijan province, the expected time for the release of the call for this package is the month of Khordad. (Iranian Calendar)

For the investment package of Isfahan province, the expected time for the release of the call for this package is the month of Mordad. (Iranian Calendar)
