During the first four months of this year, IMIDRO's exploration drilling reached a growth of 40% compared to the same period last year.
According to the public relations of IMIDRO, on the occasion of Government Week, from the beginning of Farvardin till the end of Tir this year (Iranian Calendar), 235 thousand meters of core drilling recorded by IMIDRO and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
In the same period last year, the amount of drilling reached 167 thousand meters. The total drilling in the twelve months of 1403(Iranian Calendar) also had a growth of over 20 percent, reaching 670 thousand meters, while the performance of this indicator in the previous year (1402) was 556 thousand meters.
The exploratory drilling program is expected and projected to be 650,000 meters by the end of this year.
IMIDRO and its subsidiaries have prioritized paying attention to the exploration sector as an upstream field and a supplier of feed for the mine and mining industries.
