The First Comprehensive Project Management Book in Iran's Mines/Published
The first comprehensive and specialized work in the field of project management in Iran's mines, titled "Project Management in the Mining Sector," has been written to develop&enhance the level of knowledge and awareness in this field.
This book, compiled & researched by Hamed Habibian IMIDRO’s , Director of Planning and Strategic Supervision, is a combination of translated reputable international texts and a collection of information and experiences, and it addresses management methods in mining projects. The book "Project Management in the Mining Sector" prepared and published with the support of the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
As a governmental organization in the mine and mining industries sector, IMIDRO has consistently been active in empowering, expanding knowledge, improving productivity, enhancing processes, and utilizing modern management techniques in this field.
