According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, major Iranian mining companies produced 3, 881, 97 tonnes of Iron Ore concentrates during this period. Gol_e_gohar Mining and Industrial Complex accounted for one million and1, 548,322 tonnes of the total output, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 748,919 tonnes, Iran Central Iron Ore Company with 460,689 tonnes, Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company with 530,130 tonnes, Goharzamin Iron Ore Company with 379,986 tonnes and Opal Parsian Sangan with 240,51tonnes.
Granulated Iron Ore output falls 27%
Iran’s six major granulated Iron Ore production companies had a total production of 355,225 tonnes of granulated Iron Ore in the first month of the current Iranian year, registering a 27 percent decrease YOY.
Sangan Iron Ore Complex was the biggest producer with 157,591tonnes followed by Iran Central Iron Ore Company with 94, 80 tonnes, Iran Central Plateau Iron Ore Company with 63,569tonnes, Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 24,314 tonnes, Mishdovan Iron Ore Company with 8,910tonnes and Jalalabad Iron Ore Company with 6,760 tonnes.
