copper Cathode Production Up 12% in 8 Months

According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, during the period under review, National Iranian copper Industries Company produced 158,455 tons of copper cathode and 202,501 tons of copper anode indicating 12% and 19% growth YOY, respectively.

Moreover, during the first eight, Khatoon abad plant produced 72,436 tons of copper anode registering 38% growth compared with the plan.

Likewise, during the period under review, NICICO produced 794,882 tons of copper concentrate.

Also, the NICICO’s copper oxide ore extraction stood at 36,096,000 tons during the first eight months of the current Iranian year.
