According to the report of Public relations of IMIDRO, 4 projects were inaugurated by First Vice President including first phase of Hormoz Combined Cycle Power plant, Gas Transmission line to middle power plants and construction of roads and fencing around site of Persian Gulf Mining and Metal Industries Special Economic Zone. Likewise, Jahangiri inaugurated desalination unit with production capacity of 100 thousand cubic meters in PGSEZ.
Reza Ardakanian, Energy Minister, Jafar Sarghini, Deputy of Industry, Mine and Trade Minister in mines and mining industries affairs, Jamshid Mollarahman, IMIDRO’s Supervisor of Board, Hassan Khalaj Tehrani, CEO of PGSEZ and some provincial officials attended the ceremony.
First phase of 160MW Hormoz Combined Cycle Power plant (gas sector) was constructed by 46 million euros investment aimed at 235 MW electricity production.
