According to the report of Public Relations of IMIDRO, Gol_e_Gohar Mining and Industrial Complex accounted for 6,741,092 tons of the total output, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 4,267,511 tons, Iran Central Iron Ore Company with 2,107,796 tons, Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company with 2,124,398 tons, Goharzamin Iron Ore Company with 1,746,979 tons, Opal Parsian Sangan with 1,252,517tons, National Mining and Industrial Development Company with 905,347 tons, Saba Nour Mining and Industrial Development Company with 361,539 tons and Jalalabad Iron Ore company with 218,018 tons.
Production of 2.2 MT Granulated Iron Ore
During the same period, Iran’s five major mining companies produced 2,022,206 tons of granulated Iron Ore to register a 40 percent decrease compared to the production plan (3,359,640 tons).
Sangan Iron Ore Complex had the biggest share with 247,477 tons followed by Saba Nour Mining and Industrial Development Company with 885,599 tons, Iran Central Iron Ore Company with 289,920 tons, Iran Central Plateau Iron Ore Company with412, 210 and Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 187,000 tons.
