Major Iranian Steelmakers’ Export Volume Up 101% in 4 Months

According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, 20 Iranian steelmakers exported 2,852,000 tons of steel products. Meanwhile, major steelmakers played an important role in export growth, so that the export of Mobarakeh Steel Company increased by 241%, Khuzestan Steel Company by 85%, Isfahan Steel Company by 51%, Iran Alloy Steel by 283% and Khorasan Steel Company by 164%.

Moreover, export of steel products in South Kaveh Steel Company, Bonab Steel Company and Kavir Steel Company during the first four months of the current Iranian year grew by 76%, 148% and 56% respectively.
In the fourth month of the Iranian calendar which known as Tir(June21-July22,2021), Iranian steel makers exported 774,000 tons of steel products indicating a 52% rise compared with the corresponding period of the year before.
Likewise, during the mentioned period, steel export of Mobarakeh Steel Company, Khuzestan Steel Company and Hormozgan Steel Company increased 160%, 69% and 60% respectively.
