According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, these projects include the construction of new operating pools with an investment of 4,800 billion Rials, the construction of a mineral pumping station with an investment of 2000 billion Rials and the construction of an 8_kilometer_long pipeline in order to transfer minerals(brine) to the new pools with 900 billion Rials investment.
For the implementation of these projects, over 7700 billion Rials will be spent by the management of the Khur and Biabanak Potash Complex.
Visit of the granulated compound fertilizer production plant, potash production plant and salt cascade and village were the other plans of the IMIDRO’s chief in Khur and biabanak Potash Complex.
During the first five months of the current Iranian Calendar year (March21, August 22,2023), Khur and biabanak potash complex produced an aggregate of 23,676 tons of potash indicating a 36 percent growth compared with the corresponding period of the last year.
As the only producer of potash in Iran, Khur and biabanak potash complex is located in 25 kilometers far from Khur and biabanak county.
