According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, this berth has the deck with 80 meters long and it is built in a 1500 meters long breakwater.
Ali Asghar Allameh declared that based on IMIDRO’s development plans, the gas condensate transfer pipeline of this berth will be built in the second phase.
Referring to the 25 million euros’ investment for the construction of berth No.3 of this port, he added that this is one of the 4 active berths and one of the 19 berths of this port in the final plan.
He said: the unloading and loading capacity of this port is 9 million tons per year, which will be increased to 40 million tons in the future.
Preventing the sale of raw materials and completing the production chain of steel and petrochemical products is one of the most important goals of creating Parsian Energy Intensive Special Economic Zone in 1410, he continued.
He stated: based on the plan, over 18 million tons of petrochemical products,4 million tons of steel and 1400 tons of alumina will be produced in Parsian Energy Intensive Special Economic Zone until 1410.
The CEO of Parsian Energy Intensive Special Economic Zone referring to the 9,700 hectares’ area of Parsian Energy Intensive Special Economic Zone said: Now more than 3,000 people are working in the Parsian Energy Intensive Special Economic Zone.
