According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, aluminum ingot output of country’s 4 major aluminum producers (SALCO, IRALCO, ALMAHDI, Iran Alumina Company) during the previous Iranian year (from March20,2023 to March19,2024) stood at 635,597 tons, registering 1 percent growth y/y.
During this period, SALCO accounted for 277,679 tons of the total output followed by IRALCO with 174,662 tons, ALMAHDI with 147,055 tons and Iran Alumina Company with 36,201 tons.
Likewise, Iran Alumina Company produced 222,138 tons of alumina powder and 374,106 tons of aluminum hydrates during the past Iranian calendar year (ended March19,2024).
Furthermore, the company’s bauxite production stood at 598,599 tons during the mentioned period.
