Zarshouran’s Gold Reserves to Grow 50%

According to the report of the public relations of IMIDRO, the prediction is based on the IMIDRO’s exploration project which has been started about two years ago, primary results of the project shows that gold reserves of Zarshouran mine will increase 50 percent.
Zarshouran gold mine is located in, Takab city, West Azerbaijan province. Before exploration project this mine had 80 metric tons net reserves. Since the first exploration phase has been started, gold reserves were increased to 108 tons. IMIDRO predicted that at the second phase reserves will grow to 150 tons.
According to the report, support of new drilling technology led to these results. Operations of new exploration projects led to movements in private sector such as growth of income and use of new technology.
The latest exploration report of the zarshouran mine is base for further exploration and new proven reserves in the region. IMIDRO’s new exploration project on200, 000 square kilometers of land in Iran led to the discovery of new gold reserves and fulfillment of the previous explorations in this sector.
