Another plan of Janja Company is to prioritize hiring local experts and technicians and training them to fill the needed positions. According to this report, the construction and launching of the Janja copper plant, in addition to creating 300 direct jobs, will transform Nimruz County into a new hub for copper production and its byproducts, so will bring prosperity and economic growth to the region.
