According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, during the past years, Nakhlak lead concentrate processing plant project was stagnant but rely on private sector investment (about 2.5 billion Tomans) led to operation of this plant, Mehdi Karbasian said.
He continued:” the plant has tripled the capacity to 600 tonnes per month”.
Likewise, construction of Nakhlak lead concentrate processing plant led to employment of 130 persons, chairman of the board of IMIDRO said.
Karbasian noted that during the past years about 30,000 billion Tomans were invested in mine and mining industries sector by government and private sector which Nakhlak and Khur&Biabanak mines are parts of these investments.
Employment and exploration are IMIDRO’s priorities for development of mine and mining industries sector, he added.
