mining and mining Industries’ Export Value Passed $11B in 10 Months

According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, the value of Iran’s mining and mining industries export stood at 11 billion and 103 million dollars during the first ten months of the current Iranian calendar year(March21,2023_January20,2024), registering 10 percent growth year on year.

During this period, steel and steel products chain had the lion’s share of mining and mining industries sector with 4 billion and 993 million dollars followed by copper and downstream products chain with 1 billion and 220 million dollars and aluminum and downstream products chain with 739 million dollars ranked in second and third place.

Moreover, zinc chain with 480 million dollars, coke and coal with 351 million dollars and cement with 321 million dollars stood at fourth to sixth places.

Iran exported over 52.3 million tons of mining and mining industries products during the first ten months of the current Iranian calendar year(March21,2023_January20,2024).
