According to Public Relations of IMIDRO, Mohammad Atabak in a meeting with the Managing Directors of large mine and mining industries companies held at IMIDRO, added: "Due to the frequent power outages of industries and mines and the imbalances, we are witnessing problems in production lines."‎

‎Establishing a Combined Cycle Power Plant and Investing in Gas Fields ‎

‎Stating that the resilience of industries and mines has decreased due to energy imbalances, he said: "The construction of solar power plants is an appropriate measure, but it does not respond to this volume of heavy industry production."‎

‎The Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade declared: the development of exploration is one of the important policies of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade in the mining sector and added: "Significant steps have been taken under the leadership of Imidro in the field of exploration, but in order to remove the slowness in the supply of feed and the growth of production, exploration programs must be expanded and accelerated."‎

‎Technology, Green Steel and Development of Rare Earth Elements ‎

Atabak,while pointing out the importance of technology development in the mining sector and the groundwork for green steel stated:"Instead of constructing steel factories, companies should move towards the use of modern technologies and green steel, and the development of areas such as gold, titanium, copper, and rare earth elements should beprioritize ."‎

Expert Managers‎ Training

‎While referring to the effective and prominent role of specialized and trained personnel in the field of mine and mineral industries, he stated:

At present, the training of specialized managers in companies is an essential need, therefore the Managing Directors can plan for this issue with the help of the Industrial Management Organization.‎
