26% Increase in the Value of IRAN's Steel Chain Exports in Farvardin (Iranian Calendar)

According to IMIDRO's public relations, the Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA) stated:

2.99 million tons of various steel chain products were exported during Farvardin, representing a 49% increase compared to the same period last year (2 million and five thousand tons).

From this amount, 515,000 tons of semi-finished steel products (slabs, billets, and blooms) worth $216 million, 209,000 tons of steel products worth $95 million, 105,000 tons of sponge iron worth $25 million, 987,000 tons of pellets worth $89 million, and 1,174,000 tons of iron concentrate worth $92 million were exported.
