Strategies for Retaining Human Resources Meeting Held at IMIDRO

According to IMIDRO's public relations, Mohammad Aghajanlou, at the meeting attended by deputies and managers of IMIDRO, while listing the characteristics of specialized human resources, stated: "Human resources are the most important area of any organization, and addressing their issues is not the responsibility of a single unit or management but includes all departments and deputies.

The Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade stated that skilled personnel are the organizational assets and so valuable, and continued: Today, with the cooperation of all IMIDRO bodies, we need to change our approach to retaining human capital, in a way that, while protecting these employees, we can train high-quality personnel by providing the necessary training."

He pointed out global changes occurring at the companies’ level and added: Training needs must be calculated and implemented based on current changes and conditions, while avoiding holding training courses based on previous models that are not related to organizational development."

"At the end of his remarks, he asked the IMIDRO's deputies and management to provide practical and effective proposals to enhance the position of human resources and retain organizational capital, so that—drawing on experiences—a fresh and creative approach with feasible implementation would be launched in this area.

Mohsen Tofighian, advisor to the chairman, also presented a report reviewing the position of human resources in companies, setting new goals, international standards, internal reviews, feedback on performance, employee job satisfaction, and more.
