Issuance of Permits for IMPASCO and IMIDRO to Continue Exploration Activities in Zanjan

According to the public relations of Angooran Mining Complex, the meeting of the Provincial Interaction Working Group for Mining Activities in the Natural Resources Sector was hosted by the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of Zanjan Province ,attended by the Director Generals of Industry, Mine and Trade and Natural Resources of Zanjan Province, Exploration and Exploitation deputies of IMPASCO, the executor of the exploration empowerment project of IMIDRO, and the Director of Angooran Mining Complex.
During this meeting, the exploration areas under the ownership of IMPASCO and IMIDRO were reviewed in detail and after the presentation of technical reports, expert evaluations, and discussions among the attendees, the necessary permits were issued to continue exploration activities.
Holding this meeting is considered an effective step towards strengthening provincial interactions, increasing coordination between responsible institutions, and facilitating the development of mining activities while protecting natural resources.
Furthermore, the decisions made by this working group will pave the way for accelerating the implementation of exploration programs and optimizing the utilization of the mineral capacities of Zanjan province.
