According to the public relations of IMIDRO ,Mehdi Karbasian expressed that with new changes which accrued in area of technology increased the trend toward production using rare and modern raw materials such as Promethium, lanthanum, Gadolinium, Erbium, Cerium, Neodymium, Samarium as a result countries compete for more exploration of these elements.
Karbasian said that rare earth element zones was being neglected in our country and there is not enough explorations of these elements .However ,IMIDRO during the last months concentrated on this subject and implemented rare earth elements plan in different domains.
Deputy minister of Industry , Mine and Trade explained that with cooperation of Geological and Mineral Explorations Organizations ,will operating identification and exploration of mineral zones containing rare earth elements.
